Can’t sleep, nose blocked…?

Are these problems related or is something else causing these?

It first started with a slight headache, then my eyes and nose were affected.

My nose is blocked but i have NO symptoms of allergies or sinusitis, none. It’s simply blocked and hard to breath out of. My eyes feel very drained and droopy.

A few months ago, i started having headaches in the back and top, it felt like a tension headaches and very tight. i was eventually sent to the Emergency room. Recently my ears have been ringing 24/7 (tinnitus). It seems to get worse at night. I’m also having symptoms of TMJ.

What Is A Migraine Headache?

A migraine is different from a regular headache. A migraine is usually very severe, with pain on only one side of the head. It is often accompanied by extreme sensitivity to light and nausea and vomiting. Migraines are a recurring condition. Some people may have one several times a month, while some may only have one or two a year. But when a migraine happens, it can be disabling.

It is estimated that 1 in 100 people suffer from migraines. Research on migraines in the past focused on changes in the blood vessels in the brain. However, new research is being done that points to changes in the brain itself. Scientists believe that the cause of a migraine involves a complex mix of chemical changes in the brain with various nerve pathways. They are still not sure what the exact chain of events are that cause a migraine, but believe that it can be triggered by such things as stress, environmental factors, or certain foods.

Ever since last Thursday (when I came over all faint getting up) I’ve had this headache. I’ve recently gone through a very bad patch where I practically starved myself now I’m getting myself sorted out but I still have this headache and I know aspirins wont cure it as its gone on too long for a normal headache.

Is this normal after self starvation? One friend pointed out it maybe that I’m dehydrated?

Mexican soccer fan ????????????

lets forget about soccer

lets think about the swing flue

some people email me about the swing flue
they were telling me about what can i do to protect myself

this is what i said

Q: How do I protect myself and my family?

A: For now, take commonsense precautions. Cover your coughs and sneezes, with a tissue that you throw away or by sneezing into your elbow rather than your hand. Wash hands frequently; if soap and water aren’t available, hand gels can substitute. Stay home if you’re sick and keep children home from school if they are.

There are plenty of natural cures for headaches though that you may find to be helpful. If you get them on a regular basis then this even more important.
