I have a horrible headache right now and was wondering if any of you had a natural remedy for making it go away. I’d like to avoid advil, tylenol, etc if I can.
Thanks =)

take a nap or sit in a dark room
drink water, eat, take a warm bath or shower
I get headaches all of the time. If it’s a caffeine headache, just eat some chocolate or drink some soda. Taking a hot shower usually helps me relax, but doesn’t always take it away. One thing that seems to work is having my feet massaged. There is a pressure point that for some reason helps relieve headaches, but someone else has to do it for you. On both sides of your big toe, but have them do the whole foot, it’s very relaxing.
when I had that headache I put pressure whit my knuckles all over where I field the pain try it !
To take homoeopathic medicines that’s good for your health and wealth
rub the lines in your skull and drink lemon water
I drink Green Tea or Peppermint Tea
Put your feet in a bowl of hot water and place an ice pack on your head.
)
How it works:- Pressure on sensitive nerve is relieved as the cold constricts
blood vessels in your head while the heat draws blood down to the dilated
vessels in your feet. Good luck and God bless. Cheers!
Hey Lindsay,
I hope this will help you, and cute avatar you have!;-) Well to answer your question I would drink 2 glasses of water and continue to drink water so that your body is fully hydrated. Your headache is caused from dehydration as your cells are constricting and are starving for nourishment and hydration. I tell you this because I played junior hockey and was hit very hard and had major headache but with prayer and God showing me to drink water I have never had a headache since…I honestly say this
But if that doesn’t work..I just pray for you right now that Lindsay….Your head and body be healed and made whole NOW in the name of Jesus! AMEN
God Bless Lindsay…I hope this helped;-)
