I had a huge headache/migraine(dunno which) and I felt very nauseated towards the end of the day. After waking up I don’t have a headache, but I still kinda feel a little nauseated(not as much). Is this normal?

Getting a migraine headache has become all-too-natural for people who live hectic, hurried lives in the city. It is no wonder that every urbanite’s cupboard or medicine cabinet is often stocked with pain relief medications. When the migraine headache comes back, we simply repeat the practice. While it seems harmless to take migraine headache pills for a day or two, overusing it can have unexpected and serious consequences. There are however natural solutions (Click here for more)!
Overusing pain relief medications can become a cycle. It can make migraine headaches return as soon as the effect of the medication wears off. Once the pain returns, the tendency is to take more medications until it becomes a worse cycle. Medication overuse headaches are also known as rebound headaches . Rebound headaches are caused by medication taken to relieve regular headaches. In the case of problem headaches, such medication can be a lifesaver. However, the overuse of certain pain relief medications can cause headaches to occur more often and become more severe. People should learn to understand this problem and develop ways to deal with it in order to take control of frequent headaches.

Migraines headaches are throbbing headaches that involve the brain’s blood vessels. Pain is felt when these blood vessels dilate or contract in an excessive manner. Studies have shown that the dilation and contraction of these blood vessels are influenced by a chemical in our body called serotonin. A high level of serotonin in our blood will cause our blood vessels to contract or shrink. Conversely when the level is low, it will cause our blood vessels to dilate or expand. Different individuals react differently to these dilation and expansion. Keep in mind that any migraine will be as unique as the person suffering from it and that these migraine headaches symptoms will vary from one individual to the next.

Most people would agree that the migraine if the worst kind of headache there is.. Not only are they exceedingly painful, but they also come with a feeling of sickness and disorientation.. I usually lie down in a darkened room with a wet face cloth over my eyes until the symptoms abate. I have known migraines to even last more than a day at a time.
The migraine headache has been very difficult to cure as migraine symptoms vary so much between different people. To further compound the problem, many sufferers often experience different symptoms each time.I suspect that my own migraines, which mostly happened in Summer were due to rising pollen counts, but I’m still not 100% sure.
