I get everyday, its like a ight pressure feeling in the head like my head is heavy and it even feels weirs when i move it fast sometimes… how could i get rid of these feelings? thanks

Instead of losing your cool, try taking a quick break. Get away from the situation. Take a walk to another department. Breathe deeply as you go. Get a cool drink of water. Grab some gum and chew away your anxieties. Basically, try to shift your attention away from what’s causing you angst, to help you better handle it when you return.

I get soo many stress headaches!?

I’m a freshman in college and I have been so stressed lately. I get awful headaches around my sinuses and I dont know if its stress, tension, or something else. What can I do to prevent these headaches from coming?

I got o a high pressure school, play piano, working on a CD, dramatic social life, and my family is having financial issues. because of the symptoms i wondered if it is just hormones or too much stress or something else. any answers?

Stress headaches/nosebleeds and twitches….?

A very close friend of mine has always had trouble dealing with stress… he has literally passed out in seizures because he keeps things bottled up inside. He is beginning to have sharp piercing headaches that come on him all of the sudden then go away only to come back a few minutes or days later. He has also begun to have nose bleeds and he has a twitch in his arm. Since he has had seizures from this, I think the twitches are an early sign.

What can be done to help him? Is it most likely his stress he isn’t coping with?
