i had my first migraine a few weeks back and then i had another one few days after that i didn’t know what triggered it???),i just cried softly as it hurt so bad,i couldn’t do anything,i am so sorry for what all you migraine sufferers go through i really do ,nobody deserves to feel that way,especially if its constant.hopefully someone can come up with a great treatment, it hurts to see my best friend go through migraines,and i really want to help her, and to see her smile again

Ice pack on my fore head. I needed protein. Was hard to eat bec of Nausea. (Outside-sunlight- torture!-I would have been throwing up by then!) Sounds LIKE a TMJ problem! needs a bite guard.she maybe be clenching her teeth! TMJ!

Oh my gosh where is this Doctor, I have every day headaches/ chronic migraines and non of the Doctors I’h visited know how to help me, they just give me medecine that don’t work, i live a miserable life, my head gets numb, my face, my nose,my forhead and sometimes the left of my body only my left side….I’m been suffering from this since 2007….

@Hereistos really? i was mostly talking from personal experience, but i never had that i got sick from smells. just light and even when people whisper i can get incredibely sick. and @dwcarkuff yeah i’ve heard about those, luckily mine are never that severe.

im 16 and have recently been struggling with headaches 24/7 , been to doctors 3 times but they said it was hormones and tension headaches , i also have low blood pressure, i dont know what it could be it seems simlar to this video but… i also wake up with headaches , can you help?

if you had listened to too much noise and load speakers and stuff it can be it, if you’ve been listening to that it can be your head nerve, keep away from noise for 3 months and u won’t feel it anymore, and btw when you’re on low pressure u don’t normally feel headaches, only when your blood pressure is high you get headaches, cheers
