No
Why on earth would it be? The first signs are breast tenderness, mild fatigue, and maybe slight nausea. Headaches don’t come until later, as in usually months, if at all. And your immune system isn’t really affected until around 16 weeks plus, according to my OBGYN.
Not necessarily it could be anything.
I know a lot of woman who had come down with a sinus infection and then later found out they were pregnant. It can be a symptom, but not a sign. If you generally don’t easily get sinus infections, then it could be. I had horrible headaches later in the pregnancy. I didn’t have one sign that I was pregnant but my positive home pregnancy test. Symptoms usually come much later at around 8 weeks is when you start to feel pregnant with symptoms!! But it is different for all woman!
Some women have migraines that are very sensitive to hormonal changes. (Which is why some women get migraines during their periods and/or stop getting them after menopause.)
If you get these then yes, a migraine could well be an early sign of pregnancy.
