Could an MD answer this question please? I have been getting headaches since i am in peri-menopause.?
I was thinking about going to the doctor to get medication. I work full-time and can’t afford to be sick. Plus i am a widow. I have all my organs just missing periods, which is fine with me. These headaches make me lay down or put my head on my desk at work.

Sorry, I’m not an MD. This is normal though. I’ve been through it. Just take whatever normally works for your headaches as soon as it starts.
I’m not a doctor but I do know that your headaches are caused by falling estrogen levels. The most effective method of dealing with them is to use bio identical hormones. Meanwhile feverfew capsules might offer you some relief.
your migrain is cause by you having your perimenopause..There are easy ways to ease your pain: taking meals regularly, drinking a lot of water daily, doing physical exercise daily, eating fresh and natural foods etc. There are other jobs too. Everyone should sleep at night for 7 to 8 hours. They should not hurry to do something; rather they start to do something early. Women in menopausal period must follow these easy ways seriously. Thus making a little change in life prevents migrain and dizzinezz.
