Does it sound like my headaches are from stress, or do you think they’re cause by a more serious problem?
I’m 30. I’ve been getting headaches for the past six months or so. Before that, I never had headaches before. I get them when I’ve been reading or when I’ve been frowning or squinting (like if I’m furrowing my brow because I’m concentrating, or squinting because the sun is in my eyes). The pain is usually in my forehead above my eyebrows, but at the moment, I have a pain in my temple.

It could be eye strain but come on…! This is your health! The thing that determines quality of life and whether you actually live! Go see your doctor, don’t risk everything. it can be scary but you must go. Good Luck!
It may be time to get your eyes checked. You may need glasses or new one. Also, when was the last time you had your blood pressure checked? A rise in blood pressure could be giving you the headaches. If you are on any meds, concider going to your physician and getting a check up. Explain to him/her your symptoms. Could be side effect of drugs.
You might need reading glasses. Next time you’re at the drug store, try some on and see. They have a chart there.
Your headaches are tension headaches. If you’re only getting them 3-4 days a week, find what works best for you. Excedrin, (my husband swears by it) Advil, Aleve, Tylenol, or aspirin. Go to WalMart and buy their generics. Take the maximum dose recommended. Any more will not help.
If you’re getting these headaches every day, first check out the reading glasses, and then see your doctor. You do not have to live with headaches. You’ll see.
Bless you and good luck!
