Headaches, twitching, stomach aches and fatigue?
For the past two years, yes TWO, I have had these symptoms, everyday. I went to my doctor a few times the last time I went she sent me to a neurologist. The neurologist did not do any tests she only asked my mother questions. Now my mother is quite fixated on me being a hypochondriac. I am fourteen by the way, so she probably got it through my head that I was a hypochondriac and I would look up brain tumors everyday on the internet but anyway. The neurologist, after doing no tests that could prove anything, said that I had chronic daily headaches and anxiety. She said to drink lots of water and get lots of exercise and they would go away. 6 months later and here I am even worse than before and now I wake up constantly in my sleep. So, should I go to a different doctor and neurologist or what? What is wrong with me!?!

Explain everything to your mom again if you really are having these problems they should show. i would want to go to the doctor though
I think you need an MRI or CAT scan. I had chronic headaches and fatigue and I found out my sinuses were messed up. I think that having those symptoms are detrimental to your health and it may be serious. Just don’t assume a brain tumor, it could be plenty of other things like Migraines, awful allergies, etc.
Common causes of headaches and fatigue are under eating and dehydration. Most people don’t drink enough water.
If you are suffering from sugar headaches a reduced sugar intake would help. See item 71 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .
Perhaps you need to improve your diet to feel better. More fruit and vegetables for more antioxidants and enzymes for good health and energy.
Plenty of exercise might also help you to feel better.
If your feeling unwell is not due to a poor diet and lack of exercise and is caused by stress, anxiety, boredom and perhaps isolation or even hypochondria perhaps you might want to post your question in the Mental Health section under Health.
