I suffer from headache continuously. How effective is a magnetic headband for treating headache?

I have this continuous headache from which i am suffering for more than a year, I also have dry eye problem. I heard magnetic therapy is an effective way of pain relieving. can anyone suggest me if magnetic headbands are useful in reducing the headache. I do not have any symptoms of migraine.

I have heard that they do Work in some people, not sure how effective. You could try crystal therapy for your headaches, that’s what worked best for me.

There is no evidence whatsoever that magnetism has any effect in reducing headaches.
There are people who say it helped them but that’s not evidence. Maybe their headache would have passed anyway. Maybe it was stress related and believing that the magnetism would help actually relieved the stress.
If you haven’t done so, why not see a doctor? At least try that first. If a doctor hasn’t helped you, find another. There are good doctors and bad ones just like everything else.
