that’s one of the symptoms. hormones are “a changin’”
You might. Lots of symptoms, including joint pain and irritability.
I try to ignore them and tell myself this is the other end of puberty when I cried at the littlest thing. it’s a natural process. I’ve chosen not to take hormone replacement, but you might choose differently. The symptoms subside eventually.
Yes you will, though not all women have this problem.
Check with your Dr.
Good Luck.
yes different chemicals and stress can do this to you…
(going thru the same thing)
watch out for sudden “:grumppyness”–lol –truely good luck
Hi hun. I have been in menopause for over a year now and my first symptom was headaches. You will experience EVERYTHING. You hormones are bouncing all over the place. I am also a nurse. I would recommend seeing your doctor for symptom relief. Some doctor’s will prescribe hormones like birth control to balance you out. I suggest progesterone. It is safer. A lot of doctor’s these days are making women “wing it” so to speak. Vitamins are very important and will help. You should take a GOOD multi vitamin, a calcium vitamin/D, and B-12. Good Luck hun and hang in there…it is a bumpy road. Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
