Migraine Headache?
I have had this headache for over 24 hours. It hit suddenly around 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon. It started in my occipital area then spread to my neck and my uppershoulder/scapula/clavicle area. I’ve already exceeded the dosing for excedrine, and I’ve tried naproxen as well, and it hasn’t helped at all. I’ve tried sleep, ice and a HOT bath, and those haven’t worked either. I’m at my wits end, and if I can’t ease the pain in the next 24 hours I think I’m just going to go to the ER.
Does anybody know any other relief meathods or home remedies I can try to ease the pain?

Is there a strong fragrance in the near vicinity? That could be the culprit. Try a hot shower to clear your sinuses. keep your head elevated with pillows when you rest. Hope this helps.
Perhaps you could investigate a web search for migraines + magnesium.
Amazingly enough, the migraine cure that worked for me was learning some simple breathing exercises and neck exercises that relieved the pain.
I used to get really bad migraines that lasted three days and while some pills did relieve the pain somewhat, it would come back twice as bad a few hours later.
Although ultra skeptical, learning these exercises was the best thing I have ever done, and now I haven’t had a migraine in months. Maybe this is something you could consider? If it is the ebook I found is in the source box.
