Headache is the really a common ailment effecting these days. Taking coffee and avoid smoking – it has been found that both coffee and smoking will trigger migraines. It is a good thing to stop or cut down on the use of these stimulants. There are some others (not approved by the medical research) some other triggers are like wine, chocolate and nuts. Always try to avoid these food stuffs.
Exercise – exercise will fight stress and is a method to relieve headache pain. Include yoga in your daily exercise routine to avoid stress, tension, which are the major causes of hedache.
Water – guess that’s right, water. Recent research shows that a dehydrated body will experience headaches. You need to consume eight glasses of water per day to stay optimally hydrated. Always intake huge ammount of water.
