I get tension headaches a few times a week. They are HORRIBLE. They usually start sometime in the afternoon and usually last well into the night, to the point that they interfere with my sleep. I’m a student, so stress is always going to be a factor. However, no matter what I do after the headache starts (tons of advil, cold compresses, etc.) the pain doesn’t go away!

It really hurts in the back of my neck and it feels like there is a vice between my temples. I also get kinda sensitive to light/noise and I tend to feel nauseous.
