Generally being annoyed gives me the worst headaches receantly – the smallest bit of sound, any noise or the sound of anyone’s voice really irritates me

So any ope who can keep me relaxed for the next 30 seconds would be well appereciated

I was recently diagnosed with Cervicogenic Headaches– which are chronic (at least in my case) headaches that result from a neck injury or neck tension. I went to a neurologist who I didn’t think was a very good doctor, so I am not very inclined to follow his instructions… and my other doctors seem to disagree with them anyway. Has anyone else had these types of headaches and gotten relief from a certain method/what was it? I realize (from searching for it on yahoo) that this isn’t a very common headache…
also, I am 20 yrs old and I am at a music school playing a stringed instrument (viola) … which probably contributed to neck problems or might even be the source of them.

My wife and I have been together now for 10 years now. She’s 42 and I’m 45. We have a beautiful 7 year old daughter together plus she has a 19 year old daughter from a past relationship. The toughest thing to deal with in our relationship is my wifes migraine headaches. They have been more intense since the conception of our 7 year old. She has been on disbility for the last 2 years because she cant work at all due to the severity of the headaches. They (the headaches) have caused her sisters and friends to become distant from her. Its hard to plan any social activity in advanced since she doesn’t know how she will feel from day to day. Her primary care doctor doesn’t know what to do for her and she goes into depression from time to time. She has tried so many different types of medications and treatments with little or no relief. Currently she is going to a methadone clinic for treatment. This is 7 day a week issue and is taxing on us all. Is anyone else going through the same thing?

I’m suffering migraine from last 25 years, and had used all kind of options to get relief e.g. herbal and homeopathy, rehab, exercise, and diet control but nothing worked for me. I hardly ever remember any day without the headache.
Many people are suggesting me to try botox, but I want to know if anyone of you had tried this injection?

I suffer migraine headaches,lethargic,aching joints, pms symptoms and always tired, its not menopause!

They make me so weak and ill…

I am 53 and am finally I believe in menopause. I am not feeling to bad except for a few headaches and exhaustion but mostly the hot flashes. Living here in Texas with the 100 degree heat sure didnt help (looking forward to winter), anyway I do not want to go on any drugs and prefer to do it naturally. my mother has migraine headaches a lot and she takes otc meds, prescription meds, and does botox (for headaches not wrinkles) does anyone know of anything else to cure or relieve migraines?
yea um she takes presciption pills already a lot of different ones and when she has a headache she lays down in a dark room and puts a washcloth over her eyes

It seems like whenever I am stressed like even after a test or something I get a bad tension headache..does anyone else get this? is this normal?
and how do i get rid of them?
