Question by Susan S: is there a low sugar diet I could go on that would help with my frequent headaches?
I’ve been getting frequent headaches/migraines for as long as I can remember and I’m beginning to find out that it could be caused from too much sugar. Though my blood tests have always come back normal for my glucose, (blood pressure & cholesterol is high) even had A1c taken and was normal. Could I have problems with blood sugar even though I’m not tested diabetic?
