I would like to hear only from anyone that has been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and anyone who has been living with it. I am sure I will be diagnosed with it when I go to my appt on monday. I have had most of the symptoms for a few years. I was diagnosed with PTSD I have had panic attacks for at least eight years. I am not suicidal but I will say most days I think I am dying. My nerves manifest thru my stomach in particular, digestive problems. Sometimes I am so tense my neck hurts so bad it feels as if it’s on stilts if that makes sense.also I clench my jaw alot.I have recently started getting tension headaches. I know meds are what I will be given as well as talk therapy. How soon after you started meds did you feel any relief? I have not been able to keep a job as I get so overwhelmed I just can’t cope. Fear of dying is alot to do with being misdiagnosed for 8 months and then diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, I tookthe radiation pill last sept and am now hypo. I lost both of my best friends within 6 months of each other one to cancer one to a heart attack. I lost both my dogs to old age also during this time. I just want to know there is a silver lining at the end of this and that I am not going crazy! Thanks for your advice and time. I am 43

for a long time now i hav been in pain, physical pain. here is some background info about my condition. i am 15 yrs old and i hav had chronic daily headaches for four yrs now. what that means is i get 7 to 10 headaches every single day, the pain is anywhere from 4 to 10 (on a numbers scale) it depends on the headache. any ways i hav tried almost everything to get rid of my headaches. i hav taken 9 different preventative meds, seen multiple neurologists and pediatricians, psychiatrists and various other doctors. all of them hav found nothing wrong that would be causing my headaches. i hav seen an allergist recently and ive had my tonsils and adenoids removed. other than the daily headaches i am a perfectly normal teenage girl. 5′ 3″, 103 pounds. but this pain is ruining my life, and if i dont get better soon im going to commit suicide. please offer any advice that you hav or any medical recommendations. thanks srry this is so long
i hav seen a psychiatrist and i take meds for depression b/c of all the pain im in. but my psychiatrist couldn’t find anything psychologically wrong with me

I’m 30. I’ve been getting headaches for the past six months or so. Before that, I never had headaches before. I get them when I’ve been reading or when I’ve been frowning or squinting (like if I’m furrowing my brow because I’m concentrating, or squinting because the sun is in my eyes). The pain is usually in my forehead above my eyebrows, but at the moment, I have a pain in my temple.

A headache remedy is said to be 80% effective in curing headaches caused by simple nervous tension. An investigator tests this remedy on 100 randomly selected patients suffering from nervous tension.

What is the probability that between 75 and 90(inclusive) of the atients will obtain relief.

I’m having the worst summer ever. i miss my friend ryan so much, he’s away for the summer. i cry alot and i always feel sick. its like im making myself sick and i dont know how to stop. please help.

I know this sounds really stupid but I went to the track tonight and walked/jogged a mile. It’s the first time I’ve done any type of running in I don’t remember how long. I was dressed warm because it was about 20-25 degrees outside. When I finished and got back into my car my chest and ears started burning and my glasses fogged up. A few minutes later my head started hurting. On the drive home I had a little trouble breathing and the headache started getting worse. When I got home I crawled into a hot bath which seemed to help a little. Afterwards I just layed on the couch and read for a couple hours. As I laid there my headache kept getting worse and the other symptoms of a migraine start popping up (sensitivity to light, nausea, severe pain) and my chest started feeling tight again. I just wanted to know if this is normal. It’s been awhile since I’ve pushed myself like I did tonight (especially in cold weather) and I’m just wondering how to make it go away.

i also have some back pain, vericose veins in one leg, some weight gain, etc.
i decided to do some reasearch on hormone imbalance and found that many women become estrogen dominant as we age. which is the reason we females experience a host of problems even as early as in our late twenties. so i found that a progesterone cream is the best remedy to combat many of the negative symtoms that we experience as a result of aging.

has anyone tried this progesterone cream? and do you agree that such a treatment does work?,

I am having a headache, which is kind of right behind my ears and across my forehead. I know it definitely not a migraine, as I am an old pro at those and what they feel like, but is this that headache some women get in early pregnancy due to the rush of hormones??

What do stress headaches feel like?

I have been having killer headaches the last couple of days. It starts hurting in the back of my head and then moves forward. I have been under tremendous stress and I am very angry. Could this also come from a cold? I have had a sore throat and sinus pressure the last couple of days also. I don’t think it is a sinus headache because I have had them before and they never hurt this bad.
