Even if you prefer to avoid prescription medications, if you have had a migraine that lasted longer than 48 hours or have frequent migraines, you should make an appointment with your doctor to see if he or she recommends that you try a prescription migraine medication to alleviate your symptoms or to lessen the number of migraines you have. In fact, you should also see your doctor even if you are only planning to take OTC medication for your migraine, since you could have an allergy to one of them.Buy discount Imitrex medication online no rxAnother type is the complicated migraine that usually occurs with extended aura that may last for a number of hours or could reach to few days. This type poses a risk of the disorder leading to changes in the neurological area of the brain which is associated with MRI scan changes, those that are present in stroke.Cluster headaches are usually characterized as head pain that occurs several times within a day, week, period of weeks, or even months. Clusters can last from 15 minutes to a few hours long each time. Unlike migraines and tensions, cluster occur more often in men than women. Cluster sufferers also have a difficult time finding relief, as laying down does not ease cluster pain. However, similar to migraine headaches, the cause of cluster is unknown. Yet, common triggers include alcohol and nitroglycerines or similar medicines. Cluster head-ache treatments include DHE or Migranal which is available as a nasal spray and injections, narcotics, and 100% pure oxygen. There are a few other medications that can be taken in order to prevent cluster. The most popular of these medications include Prednisone, Lithium Carbonate, and Verapamil.Other common migraine headache symptoms may also occur such as nausea, vomiting and having the light and sounds bother you. Rarer symptoms are jerking movements of the eyes, ringing in the ears and loss of consciousness. Severe vertigo is quite common and can be disabling.Treatment OptionsFortunately, sufferers of menstrual migraines have several treatment options available. For acute-migraines, recommendations include taking a Triptan (i.e. Imitrex) with a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (eg.Ibuprofen, Naproxen) within one to two hours of onset. These two drugs, together, have been shown to greatly reduce symptoms, but should not be used more than twice per week as rebound headaches may occur. However, if headaches occur more frequently than twice a week, therapy aimed at prevention should be implemented.Find out more about Imitrex rx drugs for migraine:imitrex interactionsimitrex breastfeedingtaking imitreximitrex effectsimitrex 50mg

Question by Sloanfesta: Is there such a thing as chronic tension headache?
I have constant tension headache since I was a teenager. I am 34 now. There’s no serious pain, but it feels like a tight band is wrap around my head. I also feel like there is compression on the surface of my brain. It’s there all the time.

I’ve been to the doctor. Had an MRI. Came out normal. Was given muscle relaxants and other sedatives. Nothing worked.

I try researching this condition and there is no such condition. Even the headache medications are meant for temporary relief when a headache episode comes on. But there doesn’t seem to be a type of tension headache that is constant and chronic like mine.

I remember 9 years ago, for one day the headache subsided (for some strange reason) and for that one day, it felt like heaven.

It seems I have to learn to live with this. Has anyone heard of such a condition?

Best answer:

Answer by Olivia
ok finally somebody who is going through the same thing me and my mother are going through. my mother has had these headaches for about 3 yrs now and mine have been for the past year and a half. well all of my MRI’s came out normal. my nerve tests came out normal. They do not know what is causing either of our migranes and not only that, my mother had surgery back in may for them. they burned her occipital nerve in her head (thats the pain nerve) and that surgery failed. so i do believe that you can get chronic tension headaches. i am a firm believer of them even though the doctors may disagree

Article by Javier Fuller

No medicine is the best medicine for most of the headaches. Well, this is true for primary headaches and not for the headaches due to medical conditions.

Since headaches are the recurring feature in your life it is better for you to understand the root cause, the genesis of headache in you. It is very important to train yourself in handling them depending upon the nature and severity of the headache.

In fact headache medicine training appears to be the next logical step. The achievement affecting the secular life especially in the urban and metropolitan centers are stupendous and as such the reasons for the headaches have also increased manifold.

It is normal for you to treat migraine headache with over the counter medications. It is the accepted practice every where, though it may not the best practice. You know that such medication can not provide you with permanent cure. But the pain and confusion associated with the migraine headache is so severe that you are willing to swallow anything to get rid of that condition.

The instant relief that you get is all that matters. You very well know that your pain is suppressed not eliminated with these medicines. Such pain-killers do generally bring along with them their trusted side-effects which are not at all good for you in the long run. If you are one of those who get side effects more severely than the original disease, your suffering will be more.

According to Ira Klemons, President of American Board of Craniofacial Pain and a member of the Board of Directors of the AACFP, “By far the most common causes of headaches are dysfunctions of muscles of the head and face as well as related structures such as the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) in the jaw.”

The main problem with the headache medicine is that there are too many types of medicines and too many types of headaches. The causes of headaches may seemingly be unrelated symptoms. For example, if you have pain in the eye and headache which one will you treat first?

Headache!

No. Your approach to the problem will be wrong in this case. The headache is a consequential action. The primary cause is pain in the eye. So the treatment is required for pain in the eye first. When that is treated your headache will vanish automatically.

Your diet-discipline has a positive effect in the affairs of your headache. You need to keep your body mechanism free from toxins that pile up in your body due to the junk food that you are accustomed to take. Always remain constipation free which is one of the root causes of many of the headaches.

I was diagnosed w / Hep.C in 9/2001 and I had to go thru Chemo to kill the virus. I was on the treatment for 48 wks. and after 3 wks. on I went on Procrit to build my red blood cells and 2 wks. later I had to take Neupagen Shots for the building of bone marrow and white cells. The anguish I went thru. I made it thru the treatment and done good, but, after 3 months, the virus grew rapidly and I now have a viral count over 3 million, and I fight Idiopathic Hyposomonolence ( chronic fatigue) and take meds for that. I have severe pain in my joints and hip area, as well as my lower back. I was told those Neupagen shots were my reason. I need some relief. I still work daily, but with all my medical problems I’m told I should get diability. I want more out of life and the more I hurt I pray the Lord will take me home. Is there truly joy in life with daily pain? I also have Chronic daily Headaches and stress, perfumes and chemicals make them worse. Thank you for sharing your insite. Crafty

I suffer from TMJ as well as very spastic upper back and neck muscles. I have taken codeine, Tylenol, ibuprofen … nothing helps. I have been prescribed other anti-inflammatory drugs and amitriptyline … those didn’t help either. I often get migraines which I manage to control with Imitrix. Also, I have tension headaches almost daily. I’m not exaggerating. This chronic pain is beginning to ruin my life. I’ve been dealing with daily headaches for practically two years now. The only thing that makes a significant difference is getting a deep tissue massage to my upper back, neck and face. When my muscles relax, my headaches go away and don’t return for a long time. Obviously I can’t get a massage everyday. So, maybe muscle relaxants would work. Is there anything “safe” for daily use? I’ve never tried any prescription muscle relaxants before, but I think this may work. My doctor always seemed to stay away from prescribing muscle relaxants for some reason.

Life comes to a standstill during a migraine. Everything hurts and every activity takes extra effort. You want your head to stop pounding and for your life to get back to normal. A migraine is a throbbing, debilitating pain that affects hundreds of millions of people around the world each day. Most people instantly take over-the-counter medication, but if the migraine is severe enough, these won’t take care of the pain. This is why some people are trying new migraine treatments to help alleviate the pain and eliminate symptoms.

It wasn’t until the 1980s that researchers were able to put together strong enough drugs to stop migraine pain once it began. However with some of these drugs came serious side effects. Some people simply couldn’t take them because the migraine drugs didn’t mix well with medications for heart disease or other conditions. Another downside was if the drug wasn’t taken during the first hour of a migraine, it wasn’t a lot of help.

This is why anyone suffering from migraines is interested in any new treatments being developed. Doctors are also focusing more on prevention and working to disable a migraine headache before it ever starts. One suggestion is to take preventative drugs regularly to help stop the headaches from ever starting. These drugs work with chemicals in the brain and/or on blood vessel inflammation that can lead to a migraine.

Another way of treating migraines is to fine-tune everyones healing for themselves. The idea here is to have the person take fewer drugs, avoid as many side effects as possible and gain control over their condition. By looking at the patterns of when a migraine headache occurs, you also start to learn what triggers it. Once you know this, you can take steps or prescribed medication during the window of time you’d best benefit from it.

Finding the right time to take your migraine medication is very important, almost as important as finding the right medicine. The FDA is currently researching a migraine treatment called Trexima, which combines the migraine drug Imitrex and naproxen sodium (contained in Aleve and other over-the-counter medications). This drug stops blood vessels from dilating – which is the main source of pain in a migraine headache.

For those who can’t take drugs or aren’t happy with the possibility of side-effects, there are a few new supplements showing promise – magnesium, riboflavin, and coenzyme Q10.

It makes sense to combine healthy eating, exercise and cutting back on drinking alcohol and smoking (or cutting them out) to give your body the best possible chance of fending off migraine headaches.

Any pain to the makeup of the neck and head can lead to a person experiencing a headache. Additionally, the feeling of pain can be transmitted through associated nerves to other parts of the body such as a neck pain that can cause a person to suffer from a headache as well. No doubt, everybody is likely to have suffered from a headache at some point of time in their lives since it is indeed a very common illness.

Fight Or Flight Responses

The types of headaches are many and so too are the causes of headaches, and this is the reason why headaches come about so often and there are also instances of frequent headaches that are caused by many different factors. Perhaps the most common cause of headaches is stress which can cause a person to feel a fight or flight feeling that usually is accompanied by shallow breathing as well as raised heart rate as well as high blood pressure. Even adrenaline amounts will shoot up and cause a person to experience a headache.

If you do not eat the proper food you will be more likely to suffer a headache as diet as well as sensitivity to food is another chief cause of headaches, especially the migraine headache. You may suffer from a headache because of variations in the blood sugar levels, or because of withdrawal of caffeine, or because of food additives.

Sometimes a dental sore can be the cause of headache, especially following extraction when an infection may appear and there may be difficulty with your jaw joints that will cause local pain that is then transmitted to the face and head causing a headache. Even when your teeth are not properly aligned, you will still be at jeopardy of getting a headache; so you need to get a dentist to look into this matter and find a proper treatment for it.

Hormones are what allow a person to experience pain, and sex hormones are believed to play an important role in causing a headache, especially in women before, or immediately after their menstrual period. If the sex hormone levels are low when menstruation is taking place, women may suffer a headache.

People with impaired vision will also be at jeopardy of having a headache as this is a common cause of headache, especially when they need to squint, or strain their eye muscles in order to focus their eyes. Even glaucoma which is an eye disease can be a cause of headaches as they refer pain into the head structure.

You can also find that headaches come about due to a disorder in the ear, nose or throat and common causes of headaches including sinus headaches, labyrinthitis, infections and traumas. Even damage to a persons nerves can be considered to be a cause of headaches.

Signs of Menopause? Is There Something to Worry about?

For most young women, the very thought that they will one day have to pass through a stage in their life known as menopause is enough to send them into a kind of trauma. Older women who have gone through menopause would rather not think about the harrowing times they had. And women who are experiencing this situation right now, the less said the better.

Menopause has always occupied a place of dread in the women’s psyche. Most common signs of menopause are the hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, burning and itching. These are enough to make the woman’s life hell, but that is not all. The signs of menopause do not stop there. There could be several other problems with normal urination such as increased urination, an unstoppable urge to urinate all of a sudden and urinary incontinence, etc. Mood swings are very common in women undergoing menopause, and so are a host of other mental disorders. Some women also become irritable during menopause, while others can have depressions, extreme fatigue and even temporary amnesia. These signs of menopause mark it as a very dreadful phase in the lives of women.

Menopause occurs in women around the age of 45 to 55 years, averaging in most of them at the age of 51 years. During this period, the woman’s sexual functioning stops completely, and the estrogen levels go down. The menstrual periods come to a stop. The reduction in the levels of estrogen is responsible for the signs of menopause that are observed. In women who undergo hysterectomy (surgical removal of the ovaries and the uterus), menopause can be observed at any age.

Since the 1940s, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals have provided what is perhaps the best solution for women to face their menopauses with a smile. Premarin has been the drug of choice for women facing menopause for over six decades now. This drug contains three forms of estrogen – estrone, equilin and equilenin. All these three conjugated estrogens replenish the depleted estrogen amount in the body of the woman during menopause and help her to face the difficult times in a much better way. This drug is available in two forms – the Premarin pill and the Premarin vaginal cream. The pill is for internal administration, while the cream is for topical application at the vaginal tract.

Today, Premarin is the leading women’s drug in the US, with a very large number of women using this drug. Recommendations for the drug are even passed on from on generation to another. At the same time, the Premarin vaginal cream helps in controlling other problems related with menopause such as the onset of vaginal atrophy. The products are also effective in controlling osteoporosis in users.

If the Premarin vaginal cream is used keeping all the contraindications of the drug in mind, then the woman will be able to sail through her menopausal period without any problems. However, the drug is not recommended for women who have breast cancer, neoplasia, vaginal bleeding, any hepatic dysfunction or an impending pregnancy. The hormonal balances Premarin causes in these conditions could lead to adverse effects.

However, healthy women going through menopause are using the Premarin pill and the Premarin vaginal cream effectively to face the inevitable problem.

Menopace as Menopause Remedy – up to 85% of Women found it Effective

find menopause relief

menopause help

menopause remedy

The very mention of the word ‘menopause’ fills most women with dread. Quite simply put, menopause is the pause of their sexual life; it is the period after which they will not remain sexually active anymore. But that is not the issue that scares most women. The real fear of menopause is related to the several distressing symptoms that come with it.

In most women, menopause arrives with several correlated difficulties. There could be hot flashes, in which the body temperature increases without any apparent prior indication and then goes down just as suddenly. Some women break out in an unexplained sweat at night. There could be peculiar sensations in the vaginal tract, including itching, burning discomfort and a general dryness. All these symptoms are distressing enough, but they are not all. Menopause is a hormonal activity. There are many drastic hormonal changes going on during this period. Due to this, women may demonstrate peculiarities in their mental behavior also. Women may undergo depression, or they may get extremely irritable. There may also be loss of libido, which could convert into a permanent situation. To top it all, there could be insomnia.

Certainly, with all these problems, menopause is quite a foreboding period in every woman’s life. But, there is respite. Hope comes in the form of Menopace, a very popular and effective drug used as a menopause remedy by women all over the world. Menopace is a safe menopause remedy replete with several vitamins, minerals and nutrients that women need at this stage of their life. Like most other menopause remedies in the market, Menopace doesn’t contain any hormones, so it can be safely taken even by the women who have undergone a hysterectomy.

Menopace is also very convenient to use. It is a one-a-day supplement, which is to be taken with water after a full meal. Since it is not a hormonal supplement, but rather a nutritional supplement, Menopace can be also continued after the menopausal period has subsided without any side-effects. Menopace helps women to find menopause relief from all the painful symptoms that make the period so difficult to live with. This includes the night sweat, hot flashes and all the mental and sexual related problems that occur commonly in this stage. Menopace is very effective too; about 85% of the women of the world have found this drug to help them to find menopause relief.

Menopace is today the leading menopause remedy in the UK. Women are preferring it to other brands because it works in the natural way by fortifying the body with nutrients rather than tampering with the hormones. It has been observed that Menopace does not provide just menopause help, but it also helps in improving the body in several other ways. The drug is supplemented with selenium along with vitamin E to prevent the eventuality of heart problems due to reduction in levels of estrogen. It contains magnesium, zinc and vitamin D, which helps the bones to become stronger. This is very important because in most women, menopause deteriorates the bones. So, Menopace is not just a short-term menopause remedy, but it also fortifies the body for the future.

Magnetic Bracelets for Relieving Pains of Arthritis

magnetic bracelets for arthritis

arthritis pain relief

arthritis natural cures

Statistics reveal that arthritis is affecting an alarming number of people all over the world. About 21 million people have this problem in the US alone. A quarter of all the people visiting the primary care physicians are doing so for their arthritis complains. Arthritis can be of different forms, but the most prevalent one is the osteoarthritis, which is characterized by pain in the joints of the bones. This single form of arthritis will have affected about 80% of all people of the world by the time they have reached the age of 65 years. All these figures are extremely intimidating; they are enough reason for someone to dread getting older. And the scarier part is, the average age at which arthritis is striking people is coming down with each passing year.

Arthritic pains can be very debilitating. It causes a sharp searing pain in the joint itself, accompanied by a burning sensation in the accompanying muscles and tendons. There is an acute soreness and stiffness felt in the region of the pain, which makes moving the joint almost impossible. If the joint is accidentally touched – however gentle the touch may be – it sends a very painful signal all around the area, which may make the person convulse in pain with spasms. Over time, the affected joints fill with a liquid, due to which they swell. At this juncture, the person needs to be extra cautious so that no contact occurs with the swollen part, or it would send out excruciating pain.

Arthritis has been documented in very ancient times, and it is perhaps one of the oldest diseases in the world. Generally, there is no cure. People, even up to the last century, had to resign themselves to their arthritic pains and put them with them until they died. But this is certainly not the case today. Magnetic therapy has made its appearance, and that has really helped in arthritic pain relief.

Science has proved that when a magnetic field is applied to any part of the body, then the blood circulation in that region improves. This brings the assimilated nutrients to the affected region, and improves the oxygen supply to the area. Endorphins, which help vastly in reducing pains, are circulated better in the affected region. With so many benefits, magnetic therapy is certainly being looked upon as a very effective method for arthritis pain relief.

Today, a very large number of arthritis-affected people all over the world are using magnetic bracelets. These specially designed magnetic bracelets for arthritis relief are very effective in reducing arthritis pains in the wrist and even in the fingers, such as the carpal tunnel syndrome. Since there is no medication required, magnetic bracelets are counted among the best arthritis natural cures known to humans.

Apart from bringing in more blood to the affected area and hence providing arthritis pain relief, the magnetic bracelets also help to drive away the accumulated fluids in the affected regions. This makes the body free from the toxins that aggravate the arthritis pains. One far-reaching effect of using magnetic bracelets for arthritis is that the immune system of the person improves on the whole, which is a very important side-benefit.

Magnetic bracelets are one of the most effective arthritis natural cures. Interestingly, these bracelets can be designed very much like jewelry – they can be plated in gold, silver and platinum – and so the wearer need not be embarrassed about having to wear something therapeutic. Genuine manufacturers of magnetic bracelets for arthritis are using highly ornamental designs to make them esthetically valuable, even studding them with jewels and ornamental studs.

Lower Your Bad Cholesterol with Lipitor

side effects from lipitor

lowering cholesterol

lipitor and contraindications

Lipitor needs no introduction. This drug is today the largest-selling drug in the world. The drug is the most effective treatment for reducing bad cholesterol in the body – the very same bad cholesterol that is responsible for life-threatening cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks and atherosclerosis; and the best part is, Lipitor works even in people with complications of diabetes mellitus type 2.

Why is Lipitor so famous today? Certainly it is because heart disease is the single largest killer disease in the world today. Heart disease can affect just about anyone, belonging to any kind of social or economic background and living any kind of lifestyle. Medical statistics reveal that the age of people dying with heart complications is progressively decreasing year after year, and people just in their forties can be victims. One of the triggering factors for heart complications is the buildup of low-density cholesterol in the blood. This bad cholesterol deposits in the lumens of the arteries, making them narrower. Consequently blood cannot reach the vital organs, and the heart is one of them.

Lipitor works at this very root cause of heart diseases. It helps in lowering cholesterol in the body through a foolproof chemical reaction. Mevalonate is a chemical synthesized by the hepatic tissue, which is required for the production of bad cholesterol. Lipitor inhibits the very synthesis of mevalonate, due to which the cholesterol level is brought down. Lipitor is a statin drug, i.e. it belongs to the chemical family called as statins. Its chemical name is atorvastatin.

Today, Lipitor’s effects in lowering cholesterol are so commonly known that this drug is being safely prescribed for people with obesity problems, which is as high as one in five in the developed countries of the world.

Lipitor is definitely a remarkable drug, but remarkable drugs do not come without their side effects. The side effects of Lipitor are that it can produce coughing, headaches, dizziness, difficulty in swallowing, congested feeling in the chest, puffiness of the eyelids, shortness of breath and skin rash. In some severe cases, Lipitor can produce side effects such as sore throat, blistering of the skin, swelling of some parts of the body and formation of white spots on the skin. However, the side effects of Lipitor can be easily got rid of through medical attention.

There are some contraindications of Lipitor that must be looked into. Pregnant and lactating women must avoid the drug completely, as it could cause developmental defects in the baby and also cause complications in pregnancy. Lipitor does not work well with most other drugs. So if you are on some medication, you must let the doctor know. Some other contraindications of Lipitor are alcohol abuse and smoking, both of which can interfere with the functioning of the drug.

Lipitor works excellently in lowering cholesterol, but no doctor will ever tell you to stop at Lipitor. The fact is that Lipitor must be taken in conjunction with other cholesterol-reducing treatments, such as a dietary regime and exercise.
Menopause vitamins and menopause herbs do exist. When considering menopause vitamins, understand that if your primary hormones are out of balance, experiencing menopause symptoms can be the result.

For women, estimates are as high as 90% of women will suffer the aches, pains and emotional stresses of PMS. Other symptoms affect nearly half of women who report irritability, mood swings, cramps, hot flashes, breast tenderness, migraines or headaches, lack of energy, bloating and bad skin.

For men, there is a 50% chance of developing an enlarged prostate before the 60th birthday. And the loss of libido and sexual desire that is experienced by many men in their forties and beyond can have a serious effect on personal relationships.

There are menopause vitamins and herbal supplements that help support the body and its production of important and needed hormones. What are the hormones?

Estrogen and progesterone are two primary hormones for women while testosterone and progesterone are two important hormones for men. There are herbal supplements and menopause vitamins that can provide support for the production of estrogen and testosterone in women and testosterone in men.

Certain nutrients act as hormone precursors. In the human body, hormone precursors are needed for the body to produce hormones. Examples of nutrients that are hormone precursors include:

Black Cohosh – this herb is used for the treatment of hot flashes, heart palpitations, nervousness, irritability, sleep disturbances, tinnitus, vertigo, perspiration and depression, painful menstruation and premenstrual syndrome.

Dong Quai – is used for premenstrual syndrome, menstrual cramps, irregularity and weakness during the menstrual period. It is also used to manage hypertension, rheumatism, ulcers, anemia and constipation, psoriasis and treatment of allergic attacks.

Isoflavones – soy isoflavones are found in soy-based food products and are thought to protect against hormone-dependent cancers such as breast and prostate cancer. They can support the lowering of cholesterol and also suppress the production of stress proteins in cells, proteins that will help cancer cells survive destruction by the immune system. They are of help in autoimmune conditions, osteoporosis, vaginitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia in men.

Red Clover – red clover is used for menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, cyclic breast pain or tenderness as well as indigestion, cough, asthma and bronchitis.

There are also other menopause vitamins and herbs that are used to support the health of both adult women and men:

Damiana – this plant is thought to have aphrodisiac properties. In addition, it can be helpful for headaches, depression and supporting and maintaining mental and physical capacity. The parts of damiana that are used are the leaf and stem.

Epimedium – this plant is also called horny goat weed. Epimedium is used for impotence, involuntary ejaculation in men, mental and physical fatigue, hypertension and as a general tonic and aphrodisiac. There are studies that suggest epimedium promotes the secretion of semen and stimulates the growth of prostate, testes and anus rector muscles. Some researchers believe epimedium may increase the secretion of testosterone.

Tribulus Terrestris – tribulus terrestris is believed to function as an aphrodisiac. There are studies that suggest that tribulus terrestris is beneficial in increasing testosterone levels, luteinizing hormone levels (LH) and levels of dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA).

Besides the herbs named above, high-quality menopause vitamins should include other beneficial nutrients such as antioxidants, amino acids, neuronutrients, bioflavonoids, carotonoids, herbal extracts and enzymes. And yes, there are menopause vitamins available online that do include the above herbs and nutrients in a high-quality formulation. Learn as much as you can about the herbs, menopause vitamins, menopause symptoms and natural approaches for supporting your health.

There May Not Be A Cure, But Migraine Headache Relief Is Possible

Bad news: there are no permanent cures for migraines. Good news: It’s totally possible to prevent migraines from occurring and to relieve them naturally without medications once they begin. Migraine headache relieve is only a few pages of study away. A unique and comprehensive guide called “The Migraine Relief” can show you important prevention methods and relief techniques that can substantially change your experience with migraine headaches.

As a migraine sufferer, I was increasingly concerned about the pills and medications I was taking to relieve my migraine pain. I also wanted to gain control over them happening in the first place. “The Migraine Relief” educated me on what my migraine triggers were and how to avoid them. It showed me how changes in my diet, environment, and personal habits could substantially reduce the number of migraines I was experiencing. It also taught me several natural pain relief tips and techniques that I could use when and if a migraine occurred. I learned important things I never knew before about what migraines where, how they happen, how they can be avoided, and how they can be relieved. In a few hours I went from being a helpless victim of the next migraine attack to a person who had gained control over their crippling effects.

Best of all, the methods and techniques I learned from “The Migraine Relief” were all natural. I feel better about not taking all that powerful medicine. Best of all, the money I’m saving on drugs has more than paid for the cost of the guide.

Today I am virtually migraine free. But if and when the next one occurs, I know exactly what to do. Natural migraine headache relief is now a reality.
