Am I going through pre menopause?

I am 20 years old and I am having hot flashes and I have had serious irregularity with my period; in March I had a period every weekend and then haven’t had one since. So it has been 19 weeks since I have had a period. I usually never get headaches but I get one almost everyday now. And most the time they are at the base of my neck or in the top right of my head( above my ear and temple). I have been experiencing slight abdominal pain. My hands and feet get clammy, I have been feeling sluggish and my emotional state has been “sensitive”. My older sister went through pre menopause at 19 or 20 years old and I think that now I may be too. Could pre menopause be a possibility or are these symptoms of another problem?

As anyone who has ever suffered from them can tell you, headaches are no fun.  They cost the country billions of dollars in lost productivity annually.  For those who suffer from headaches regularly, life can become very challenging.

In extreme cases, headache sufferers feel like they are going from episode to episode waiting for the next one to come.  Quality of life suffers tremendously and the condition affects not only the sufferer but also their family, friends, and colleagues.

Headache – or cephalgia – commonly is used to describe any type of pain that would appear in these sensitive areas of the head.
