I’m really stressed with school and friends right now, and have been getting these pounding headaches that last for hours.
I can’t stop school, and I can’t wish away my friends- what should I do?

im not sure.. but when u find out let me know!
im in the same situation n its horrible.
Trust me, working out will help with tension headaches
Go to bed and sleep and you should feel better the next day.
One key is to take the medicine immediately at the first inkling of the headache. And you might even want to try to take the medicine before that. You have to try to see which pills might work for you. Aspirin, aceteminophen, ibuprophen or naproxen. Also, make sure you drink a full glass of water when you take the pill. Some pills are a mix of aspirin and aceteminophen. But be very careful not to overdose.
Learn not to stress out, dont over exert yourself. Give yourself alone time, if your friends are good friends, they’ll understand. Also, you may consider meditation, or relaxing in the bath
Oh man! I get these too and I had to go to urgent care one morning because I woke up with one- it was so bad I thought I had a stroke. Ok. Enough about me!! So I went to the doc for mine and they gave me prescription stregnth IB Pro-fin. So it might help you to either take that of Excedrin for Tension Headaches (purple bottle), plus to soothe my head I put ICY Hot oitment on my forehead and back of my neck- be careful to not get it in your eyes because it’ll sting. Also work on stress management skills like maybe take walks to relax after dinner, write in a journal about your feelings, or focus on a hobby that allows you to have YOU time. Plus, it would help to make sure you are eating well and getting plenty of sleep. Good luck, I wish you the best with school and friends- I’m in the same boat
i know how it feels..
just take some rest and drinks lots of water..
if it still not ok.. just go and have some medical advice..
Exercise is correct. Ride a bike to and from. Swimming is one of the best, also.
