What home remedies will cure a headache?

   Actually, if you learn self-hypnosis, you can get rid of all of your headaches in one minute flat.

   However, you must “dig the well before you are thirsty”, if you know what I mean…. i.e. learn self-hypnosis so you can use it when a headache rears its ugly head.

   Wow, the above answer is really excellent. My two cents:
   I’ve always found that a bit of relaxing meditation helps more than any ‘remedy.’ Soothing music, dim lights…
   Also, drink lots of water. Dehydration is a major cause of headaches.

   Auto-reflex massage of points on your head and neck do help really good.
   Nevertheless, like the above self-hypnosis, first you have to learn how.
   It is much easier to practise and learn than hypnosis.
