Well, Becca, if I had actually SEEN a doctor yet, I would be able to CALL a doctor. I’m 3 weeks pregnant. So chill out and I’ll ask the Yahoo community if I would like to. Thanks!

you should check with a pharmacist and your doctor to see what is safe, I recently had a miscarriage due to taking too much Motrin, but everyones body is different
tylenol, and thats about it
tylenol you can not take asprin.
Any Tylenol product. I know…it sucks.
Oh and don’t check with the pharmacist…..check with your OB. Pharmacists can tell you what pregnant women can or cannot take. Pharmacists, however, do not know your family and medical background, nor do they know how well or not well your pregnancy is going. Only your OB needs to advise you on this.
Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is the only pain killer a pregnant woman should take. And if you’re treating a headache, I got a lot of benefit from rubbing lavender & peppermint oils on my temples when I was pregnant…
I know that aspirin, ibuprofin (Tylenol), naproxen sodium (Aleve) and other NSAID’s can thin your blood too much – but that’s mostly a third trimester risk, so don’t panic if you’ve had a little bit…just stop!
BTW – if you have medical questions like this, you really should call your doctor instead of asking a random community of Yahoo! users. Good luck!!!
tylenol only!
NO ibuprofen or asprin!

I got told all i could take for pain relief was paracetamol. I was in car crash at 28 weeks and had a bruised chest and stomach (luckily baby was ok) and they said i couldnt take any ibuprofen, only paracetamol.
