which are the best painkillers for tension and stress relief? Co – Codamol, Co – Dyrdamol or Ibuprofen?

I have massive headache due to stress and tension and it really kills and i have tried ordinary paracetamol and they so not work at all. At the moment i am putting vicks on my forehead and taking two co – codamol. Please help

Have you ever looked into migraine medication through your Doctor? I take imitrex & it works wonders for tension headaches & migraine headaches. I went to a migraine specialist & he said caffeine does no good for headaches. I’ve haven’t had any caffeine in 8 years & have felt better!
